| PART-TIME HOUSEKEEPING POSITION(S) | | Description: | Job Requirements:
* Self motivated and dependable.
* Requires heavy lifting, extensive walking, and full range of motion.
* Must be able to withstand heights and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
* Must be able and willing to complete manual snow removal tasks in inclement weather.
* Duties may include, but are not limited to cleaning mall restrooms and office space, vacuuming, trash pickup, minor painting and landscaping duties. Assist in event set-up of stage, tables and chairs, and decor installation.
* Maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
* Must have a clean record - no felony convictions.
* High school diploma or GED required. Retirees are welcome.

| PART-TIME GUEST SERVICES POSITION(S) | | Description: | 10-20 hrs per week. Flexible Shifts.
Job Requirements:
* Self motivated, dependable, must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
* Duties include, but are not limited to answering a 3-line phone system, renting strollers/wheelchairs, tracking lost and found, gift card sales, dispatching, helping with marketing events, and assisting guests. Customer service experience is helpful but not required.
* Applicants must be hardworking, cheerful, and good with the public. They must also have the ability to get along with all personality types.
